How We Help
Individual advocacy assistance

WCA advocacy specialists and attorneys work one-on-one with individuals across the state to help them secure and protect their rights under the law.

This includes providing information, advice and guidance in self-advocacy; investigating problems, and negotiating and mediating solutions; and assisting with legal counsel and litigation services.

WCA's individual advocacy services help people with:
WCA also helps when funding for assistive technology devices and services are denied.

WCA individual advocacy services are provided free of charge.
