The Wisconsin Coalition for Advocacy (WCA) is sponsoring the Disability Drug Benefit Helpline - weekdays at: 1 (800) 926-4862 (Translation services available) TTY: 1(888) 701-1255 The Helpline is here to help anyone with disabilities under age 60 (or their guardians) with questions about the new Prescription Drug Benefit under Medicare Part D.
